Dear Brothers and Sisters, Greetings in the name of our Lord and His son Jesus Christ. We thank God for his wonderful love to us for sending His son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for our sins. Thank you for your unceasing prayers and financial support that has enabled us to provide housing and clothing, as well as educate 19 children who were orphaned as a result of the HIV virus. You are very loving, generous, mission-minded people who have helped many nations around the world. Some of you have made personal sacrifices so that we can meet the needs of these children and others in Kenya. Your financial assistance has enabled us to dig wells so that we can bring water closer to the people who live in the up-country at Lugari District. Hundreds of our people now have clean water--that reduces malaria, the number two killer next to AIDS in Kenya. I would like to express my sincere gratitude on behalf of the church council and all of our CBC members. Please continue to pray for us and for our many partners in Christ who stand with us in ministering to the needs of our people in Kenya. Also, pray for our transportation ministry. We are in dire need of bikes. We thank that God for your many donations to cover the costs of bikes ($/£-100 each), wells ($/£-300 each) and water pumps ($/£-200 each). We also have pastors who need financial assistance. Your support of in the amount of $/£-20 can help these pastors and their families. Many of our churches are having services outside under the trees. We also thank God for building funds to build a place to worship. Each church building, including the land, costs approximately $/£-4,000. The great news is that we were able to run the school with more than 500 children.
